I had a wonderful overnight stay, enjoying the ease of walking to nearby parks like West Goshen Community Park, which is around a 5-minute stroll away, and the Chester County Art Association, just less than 3 km away, where I soaked in the local art scene and beautiful scenery.

The bathroom sink was cracked, and I noticed loose tiles on the floor. Additionally, the hair dryer didn’t work, and I couldn't find an available electrical outlet for my car. The lack of maintenance was alarming, and I felt uneasy regarding the safety of the facilities.

Checked in and it felt chaotic, but then Shirley swooped in like a superhero! She sorted out the mess and got me a bigger room — super appreciated! The dining options were decent, but the place could've used a good clean. Overall, Shirley's kindness made the stay better than expected.

The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay, contributing significantly to a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed that facilitated restful sleep. However, the Wi-Fi was disruptive, with frequent interruptions, and the hallway had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, diminishing the overall comfort. Additionally, the simplicity of the room's furnishings felt reminiscent of a dorm, lacking essential ambiance that travelers might expect.

Staying here with my family and nephew was a blast! We loved visiting Longwood Gardens, which was just a short drive away. The place is massive with beautiful fountains, perfect for a relaxing day. The staff really went the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved. It would be great if they offered more variety for kids.
